Group Training:
An informative general overview of behaviour strategies, aimed at creating a good general understanding of behaviour on the whole and more generic ways in which to approach and manage such difficulties. This training is targeted at organisations, authorities, clubs, parent groups, schools etc. Training includes: Understanding, Avoidance, De-escalation, Safety, Legal Aspects, Risk Assessment & Behaviour Change.
Training Venue:
I am familiar with various venues that I can use for training purposes in some areas. This however will have further cost implications and it would therefore be more likely to be beneficial to you, if you yourself are able to provide a venue. If not, then I am happy to research local venues in your local area.
Training For Parents:
In the home training for parents, explores the interactions and dynamics of the family home and the people in it and how all these factors can be manipulated to have a more positive effect on the child's behaviour. Training and workshops can be provided for groups of parents, even to facilitate open discussions about shared difficulties.
Training On A Specific Persons Behaviour:
An inclusive training package, focusing on one individual child or person, aimed at being delivered to family members, the teacher and support staff, social worker etc of the child. This might also apply to a group of staff within a particular service. The aim is to be delivering consistent, agreeable strategies that are suitable throughout all aspects of this child's life. This would normal follow on from 'Consultancy' input.
